Shahida - Area Manager

As an Area Manager, my role interacts with many different pillars across the company and gives me the ability to inspire and develop others, whilst making a positive impact with our employees and our customers. My objective is to help bring KFC to life with real people and real food!

I have 20 years experience in the KFC business with a strong, consistent track record in people, sales and profit. As a confident leader I have proven ability to develop and enhance people performance. With a Bachelor of Business Degree and vast experience in the business I have won both Store Manager and Area Manager of the Year. I am also proud to have contributed to raising one of the highest sums for the World Hunger Fund charity that KFC sponsors.

The nature of my role means I undertake extensive travel so I am constantly on the go and experiencing diverse cultures, backgrounds and styles. I enjoy working for a business that emphasises teamwork and recognises and rewards customer-focused behaviour amongst employees - we love celebrating the achievement of others and have lots of fun doing it!
