Bernadette – Restaurant Manager

I am a KFC Restaurant Manager who has happily served a length of service with KFC for 16 years. With all the adequate training, support, tools and resources that I have received since beginning my career with KFC I have progressed to my current role.

What I love the most about my job is that no two days are the same. I have challenges everyday that make me turn it up a notch, rise to the challenge and focus on my business.

Providing exceptional customer service strengthens my ability to see things through and prioritising my workload gives me the work life balance that so many employees crave. I set high standards for my team to deliver not good but GREAT results and empower my team by identifying what drives them as individuals to realise their full potential.

I am a manager that is results driven and believes in setting the store up to succeed - it is this commitment that saw me win Rookie of the Year award in 2005. I love the competitive, fast-paced nature of working for KFC and I am loyal and passionate for the brand.
