• Our chicken is delivered fresh* daily to KFC stores across the country
• Our fresh chicken has no added hormones and is steroid free
• Our chickens are grain fed and barn-raised in humane conditions

Quality Checks

• All of our processes, equipment, and fresh ingredients for our menu items are checked and evaluated regularly
• Every single one of our products has a clearly defined holding period, after which we throw it away
• We only use trusted suppliers who follow strict codes of practice on food safety and quality, and we work closely with them to ensure that they continue to meet our very high standards
• We also invite and welcome reviews from external parties to ensure that we always exceed your expectations

Quality Cooking

Once in-store, everything is done to ensure a perfect cooking result. For example, our KFC Original Recipe® Chicken is freshly breaded each day in-store using our unique blend of 11 herbs and spices. Plus, it takes up to 8 weeks to train our cooks, so you can be sure that every product you eat at KFC has been thoroughly cooked to ensure absolute food safety.
