Few secrets are as protected as the 11 Herbs & Spices that make KFC taste so good. For 70 years the delicious recipe has been known only to a handful of people – making it one of the most closely guarded trade secrets of all time. And why not? Not even the manufacturing facilities know the full recipe. You see, two separate manufacturers are used to create the secret blend – each only given half the formula and never told who the other is. Then, to keep things hush-hush, it’s all shipped back to HQ and a guarded computer is used to mix each half to the correct proportions.
